PRICES
Prices herein are retail prices in euros on an Ex-factory Vilamalla basis and
subject to change without warning.
PACKAGING
Free of charge, except for pallets and special elements which could be necessary
for safety protection of merchandise during transport.
TRANSPORT
Delivery of the materials to a common carrier or licensed trucker shall constitute
delivery to Purchaser, and all risk of loss or damage in transit shall be borne by
Purchaser.
Prior agreement, goods will be sent in the following conditions: F.O.B. Barcelona
port, C.I.F. destination port, or T.I.R. through our usual carriers, charging the cost
of the transport on the invoice.
The estimated freight charge given on the proforma invoice are subject to change
depending on ocean freight charges in effect on date of shipment.
INSURANCE
All shipments will be given comprehensive insurance, charging the said amount on
the invoice. If the customer arranges the insurance directly, this must be credited
to us ( a copy of the insurance policy ) for the shipment of the goods.
DISCOUNTS
The prices on this list are retail prices. Special discounts are offered depending on
the quantity ordered.
PAYMENT
The term of payment are stated on invoices. We reserve the right to charge
interest and expenses on all unpaid (past due) invoice amounts.
SPECIAL ORDERS
These orders are made out with special characteristics for certain customer, as
per his request. These orders are non-returnable. They must be confirmed in
writing and prior payment of 30%.
MINIMUM ORDERS
Minimum orders: 200 € (CEE) / 600 € (Export)
The orders will be adjusted according to the packing units.
To avoid possible misunderstandings, we recommend all orders should made by
fax or e-mail.
DELIVERY TIME
Depending on the volume of the order, delivery time varies between 2 and 5
weeks, starting from the time the order is confirmed.
FINANCING
Financing costs are not included in the current rate. They will be agreed upon
separately.
GUARANTEE
All our products are guaranteed against any manufacturing defect. The exchange
of the defective product for a new one is also our responsibility.
This guarantee is no longer valid, if the product passes its expiration date.
RETURNING GOODS
Once 15 days have elapsed since the receipt of goods, returns will not be
accepted. Costs and transport are chargeable to the customer.
No goods can be returned for any reason, without warning in writing and our prior
agreement.
If a return is accepted, we retain the right to deduct a percentage from the total
for management costs.
The acceptance of goods assumes the agreement of the purchaser with all these
sales conditions and the specific ones for each commercial transaction
